RDecky loader apparently stopped working in the latest steamos beta, after switching to stable its working again
_idk if it's the switching that fixed it, mine stopped working but after a restart it was working again
_I didn't change anything at all in the meantime
_might have been just a temp glitch
RI restarted several times and even reinstalled decky loader using bazzite portal but didn't work
RI'll switch to beta again later and see if it stops working again

Chas anyone here successfully patched nvidia drivers with the keylase patches without building a custom image? Or has there been consideration in including these patches in the base image? Ive tried looking for any insight on if itd even be possible to patch the driver without a custom image but my searches havent been successful
Jcouple days into bazzite and I'm quite impressed, normally I find glaring design issues I disagree with in these types of projects, but so far I'm quite happy I don't have to manually craft a arch image (was my original plan)

KLayers is talking about post setup, ostree lets you install rpms by layering them on top of the image

MEnable developer settings within game mode and go to the new dev menu, you’ll see an option to change default proton compatibility version
Mthis only applies to non-steam games or games marked non-playable on the Steam store afaik
MI’m not sure if there’s a way to force override even playable/verified steam deck games

_Oh! I should also note this won't change the proton version each game uses if it's a supported title, it will default to whatever version is latest, I believe. use the game list view in ProtonUp to pick the proton version for all of your games
