just checked libvirt-daemon-config-network gets pulled in with virt-manager
im at a loss for why gnome-boxes has the network speed working fine and virt-manager doesnt

it will work as long as you dont have any mounts in fstab that uses /dev/sdX# as those might not be the same when you move systems (which is why its recommended to use WWIDs instead by using
