DI am confused. you said it is not delayed then you say there are no updates
RThe files are always the latest.
RHowever by default they are not applied.
RThey are just resident on your SSD.
RThis is the fault of Valve, since they do not declare if the bioses dropped are stable/beta/main/whatever.
