Create a prefix, copy that app into that long flatpak .var file location because it does not like anything outside of it's sandbox, even if enabled in permissions.
Than import desktop shortcut manually for that app. Install Visual C++, DirectX 9, .NET Framework & other things. Than you have it working.
Steam Common Redistributable is something it's needed for Bottles, Lutris & others imo.
I want that to be automated as much as possible.
