EThat is extremely cool. Your documentation is put together very nicely. Had no idea the systemd folks were working on this kind of stuff. Awesome to see

I'm also trying to save up to buy some other old hardware controllers, it is easier to write a guide when you have it in hand.
Most things are not well documented, even by the emulators or even Valve.

EI'm definitely interested and okay with that. A lot of documentation is lacking and it's nice to know what's going on, especially if it means we may be able to improve things here. I really appreciate it

RI think it was mentioned already some time ago, but to be sure - rebasing from bazzite-deck to bazzite-deck-gnome will introduce instabilities to the system and is not recommended? (In other words, if I want to check GNOME deck version as a long time KDE user, I have to do full reinstall?)
RFor the GNOME desktop among the technologies that will hopefully mature into good shape this year are high dynamic range (HDR) display support as well as variable refresh rate (VRR)
RAlso FYI wrt earlier talk about VRR support in Gnome
KHasn't Gnome been working on that for a few years at this point? I mean, for the sake of gnome users, I hope they do sort it out this year, I just tend to not hold my breath in relation to gnome getting stuff done in a sensible timeframe.

Kif I run the game without Gamescope, no message and the game runs. If I use gamescope, I get that message and the game doesn't run.

EThe only thing that does is forward alerts to the user. Those are still being logged; they just aren't visible to you

ENo problem. Oblivion and both the KOTOR games are contenders for my favorite game of all time so I don't mind one bit
EAfter installing it, I noticed the launchers buttons were all grayed out. Deleted proton files and switched to GE and now it runs fine with and without gamescope

AForgot to post this yesterday, desktop mode with Wayland off on the LGO breaks display resolution scaling.
AWorst case scenario, workaround will be to enable Wayland again and use this script for desktop mode: Force orientation in desktop mode on Bazzite deck?
ᕲanyone know how to fix anydesk? i try to connect and it says display server not supported
NAnydesk only works with X11. Bazzite uses Wayland by default. I've never been able to get Anydesk to work with Wayland.

EI wouldn't expect very much from the Wii U gamepad as a streaming device. Even the Switch with Moonlight struggles and under Android, the performance for Gamepass streaming isn't quite there
