Retightened the belt today, and I think I found out why it was loose. When I loosened the bolts I noticed that the top-right and bottom-left bolt (as seen when looking at the left side of the base) had almost no resistance and were loose. After adjusting the belt and motor position, when I started to tighten them there is almost no resistance, so I guess they are stripped or something? The two other bolts are normal and tighten snug as expected. Is there a way to fix this? With only two bolts holding the motor in place I guess it will slip over time again…

If nothing happens when TelemFFB exits to do the update, something is prohibiting the updater app from launching.
In fact, the updater app should actually launch just before TelemFFB exits.

I ended up clicking on the file at the bottom left. Then downloaded and unzipped it to get updated app.

What is the correct way to 'stiffen up' the stick in the center of the axis a bit more? Like if I wanted to make the stick feel almost as stiff through the whole axis as it would be at the end. I'm trying to play with the spring force gain map but I get instability when I move the gain up more in the center of the axis. I can send screen shots of my settings & what the gain map looks like when I try? Any help is great as always, cheers

Ugh, yeah probably stripped aluminum thread. It's possible to remedy this by using a M6 nuts in addition to motor threads. DM me for details if needed.

Yeah, the adapter is a simple passthrough cable. Can you do basic troubleshooting like checking for continuity for the contacts? I can send the pinout for the VKB.

ive done this, play with the dampening LPF frequency, raise it 1 at a time, apply, give the stick a pluck to see if it goes crazy, eventually it will be fine

For DCS look in export.lua in your saved games settings ... there is HF8 software(im assuming you're using HF8 here) that tries to override or compete with SSA (sim shaker aviators if you have that) you basically need to comment one out by using -- and use either one or the other.

As for telemFFB there is a part of the export.lua in there as well. It shouldnt conflict, if it does try switching which gets executed first by putting it above or below where your shaker seat is being triggered in export.lua

Hello everybody. I have a little issue. When flying the apache in dcs and using the force trim button the joystick stays in that position. However on the in game overlay i can see that the joystick is moving back (50% of the way between center point and trim set, you can feel it also in on the stick that its moving back a tiny bit). that results in a pitch up again, when trying to trim nose down. Tried the in game special settings for FFB but no differents at all. do i have to change something in the rhino software?

If you are pushing vpconf profiles via TelemFFB, make sure the profile is for the right PID, or it will overwrite what’s on the device currently.

decimal 8275 = 0x2053

I assume 2053 is the correct PID for your pedals. Check the logs and make sure it is loading the file you think it is.. look for a line like this in the logs:

From what I gathered this also require a chromium browser, so for simplicity sake just use chrome to do it.

Firefox is not supported at all.
