Yes, it works just like regular steam...only difference is that you need to give the flatpak itself permission to read from the drive/folder

for some additional context, there's a neptune kernel rpm we started using on nobara, and it's resolves a bunch of issues on the LGO. Not sure if ostree could install a full kernel though, i'm not too familiar with how kinoite works
