©While messing around trying to install uBlue versions, i also happen to have tested my connection to the monitor using the MB video output while using the nVidea card, and seemed to work so

Hi think your plan for now should be stick with having to use the nvidia gpu and plan out an upgrade in the future to an amd card (or intel card if things have improved with those cards by that time)
