Air coolers are in a really good place to buy right now, and a 5700x is not a high-TDP CPU.

Yeah I wouldn't use an AIO or liquid cooler for a 5000 series; not necessary

It's possible, but the reason nobody does it is because it's kind of pointless. CPUs are supposed to get at least fairly hot.

Your GPU needs to have drivers that support gamescope-session which is still really novel.

No, you can use an intel CPU just fine. Intel GPUs might even work now, but I'd bet AMD would be a bit more reliable.

You using an m-series chip MacBook?? I’m looking to figure out a better Linux dev workflow for my own setup if you’ve got any tips to DM me. Running into all sorts of hiccups with the architecture mismatch with what I’ve tried so far.

Let me know if any of you have an answer to my last question...

Anyone else have the deckhd screen? I installed mine after having it sit around for some time, and now I can't get the refresh rate to change in game mode.
