VIt's possible, but the reason nobody does it is because it's kind of pointless. CPUs are supposed to get at least fairly hot.
Adepends where you from and place u living cuz it can be unfairly hot temps cpu or gpu
Aliquid cooling or watercooling might be good option

VNo, you can use an intel CPU just fine. Intel GPUs might even work now, but I'd bet AMD would be a bit more reliable.
Amy intel is uhd 630 which it wont work with gamescope-session due to missing vulkan extensions
