I've run VRR monitors forever, always VRR on and unlocked framerate unless the game is pure garbo then I lock it 75hz, which is half of my 144hz.

One slider is the default i think, you have to go gamemode settings> display > uncheck "enable unified frame limit management"
Then you'd have two sliders again

I did not know you could update Xbox controller firmware.
Been using one as a Bluetooth controller on windows for years but it didn’t work in bazzite. Plugged it into a windows pc, updated and now it works! Didn’t know that was a thing.
Had two controllers and only the older one needed to be updated.
