KIt's so much less mouse movement and it's innately wired into anyone's brain who's used windows or OSX
KJust acts like a hidden dock without changing anything about how gnome works
KThe beauty there too is it's far less likely to break or cause problems that way. Actual dock extensions break all the time
RIs there a recommended way to install
zsh on Bazzite? It seems as though rpm-ostree is the way but I'm trying to avoid it unless I know I need to use that option.CSo, I did some maths, and it is very possible I could just go YOLO and grab the Legion Go in May, so cross your fingers

KThough I recommend changing your shell in the terminal app and not with chsh

RInteresting findings last night I benchmarked cyberpunk again at 900p 15 watts bazzite was 35fps which is respectable but I then install chimera with Nero flex custom 6.1.78 kernel with the valve tweaks to the acpi and mesa 24.0 drivers and got 44fps this is with same 15 watt tdp cap and settings. Interesting I don’t know what valve did but damn
RThe game drew 9.5 watts gpu and about 6.5 to 7 on cpu
BHave you tried disabling AMD_PSTATE? That helped performance for me on 6.6 at least
GUpon update, I seem to have lost the zenpower kernel module, so my CPU temperature readings aren't showing anymore (on Zen 3). The
justYeah I tried acpi as well with schedutil and same kinda performance so god knows what valve did
BI had similar performance with the 6.6 kernel compared to neptune-61 with amd_pstate disabled
GFor now I've reverted back to the k10temp module, though I'm curious what changed

Aam i only one been experiencing wayland session getting worse per time goes on cuz i got hard freeze made me to shutdown forcely
Ai switched x11 once again
Con my 1650 wayland is not doing good at all and i plan to sit on x11 until i switch to Legion Go, on other PCs with intel iGPUs it's been working fine tbh
Conly issue being discord gifs causing entire app to flicker white, but it can be fixed by turning off hardware accelaration
