You can run

rpm-ostree update

rpm-ostree update

instead to see a more verbose update

The release you're updating to majorly improves just update and adds an app for it as well

@Kyle Gospo I'm unable to get temperature readings for my CPU using zenergy. There's no CPU data under sensorssensors at all, even after sensors-detectsensors-detect is ran, which breaks my temperature readout programs. Adding the k10temp module fixes this, but it seems you have it blacklisted under /etc/modprobe.d/amdcpu.conf
