KIf it shows up in settings but doesn't work in game, you might need to right click the game, goto properties, go to controller, and enable steam input. I have to do it for some games, it seems kind of random.
JIt registers and connection I see Xbox 360 Controllers (4 of them) when I forget and try to bind they connect properly, but keys on them just don't work
JActually it doesn't work in steam os gamepad mode either - cant move thru menu also

KHuh weird. I know there used to be that ujust command to switch the gamepad driver (I had to do it myself) but as you said it seems to be missing now,

Edit: Okay it's definitely not bazzite specific and there was a recent commit to fix it in dolphin.

Tare you actually getting the beta updates? the changelog beneath the software updates block is not going to ever really be accurate to what you're getting
