My personal recommendation for this is to use an Arch distrobox and install it from the AUR using an AUR helper. That way it stays up to date automatically and you aren't having to manually layer it on the image every time there's an update.
You need to find in the system settings, it's usually called "online accounts" or something like that, you can login with your Google account and you'll get a new bookmark in your file explorer to your gdrive.
I used "rpm-ostree uninstall <package>" and I dragged and dropped the installer .rpm on there and it said "error: package/capability is not currently requested." Did I take a wrong approach? Install worked like it should. I have it in my... start menu equivalent but right clicking and pressing Uninstall doesn't seem to do anything to it.
I know I made a typo in the first one. But this is installer with file extention with ' marks, Installer without extention or file extention, then hail mary to just the name of it. Is the package in another castle here mabe? I'm terrible at this.

I was originally using silverblue-asus. I had no Firefox video stuttering issues. I rebased to bazzite and experienced them, so I rebased back to silverblue-asus. They have not gone away.
