Pyour uefi might have a setting for secureboot for locking it down. I think my desktop mobo, I had to change a setting for secureboot from windows-only to be able to enroll mok. I don't remember exactly what it was called now

KIt's still doing something even if it's stuck at 99, it's just taking longer than our guess
