Your CSM would be separate to Support and should be contacted directly about this so they can follow up internally.
But also, I work in Support

The cache hits should still be the same speed regardless I would think but I did notice a cache hit on yours was actually faster by like 10-20ms. Might be the fact that hes doing a for loop of fetches though and the event loop is causing a delay in returning the event or something not sure
