HTheir suit has quite a few lies in it and severe inaccuracies. The only thing that has truth (from what I have read so far) to it is that yuzu has benefited from the leak by people donating. But not pushing out patches to fix totk before release. All those patches were 3rd party people compiling and distributing yuzu with patches for it

So that person adjusted the pricing to what’s more equal to the Brazilian hourly income
And suddenly the largest part of the fan base was Brazilians who could not even speak English
