RTry to temporarily disable it then.
RNo, there is no update to them. Drivers are preincluded in kernel, if they don't work the only thing you can do is make the realtek maintainer know that.
RBut it will not be a quick solution, if ever.

Jif you wish to have a painless time, its best to just use SteamOS on your Deck
Mwell I'll see if lowering bitrate helps, but it was running 100mbps on SteamOS

Ri was using fedora workstation prior to bazzite and it had a feature in gnome to lower/increase brightness and enable/disable keyboard backlight using the ambient light sensor on my laptop
