Even after closing the Extension Manager window spawned by the command line and launching it by GUI seems to have the correct borders now too, I'll see if it persists after a reboot

What were the conditions? I just came back and woke my Loki Max from sleep. It had been sleeping for about an hour and I set it to balance power save profile before leaving. It connected to my wifi immediately. It was connected to a power source the entire time and in game mode with a game running.

Interesting. I also use the fix steam hardware controls but I definitely have the CPU controls enabled. The power profiles make a difference from what I have experienced.
