Is there any reason why my OLED deck can't exceed 3500MHz according to Gamescope, even though from the BIOS and terminal, the maximum value is 4000MHz?

I'm sure it's not a power issue; it could be that the kernel header of the LCD version is set to have 3500 MHz as the maximum limit. The OLED version with SteamOS doesn't have this limitation, but it appears when switching to Bazzite
