I haven't read anything about other 2-seaters in DCS with both players using FFB. It is pretty small user base. I'd imagine thanks to the Rhino (and DIY kits), we will find out at some poijnt
Oh sorry, I don't specifically mean with 2 FFB users. What if my friend has a normal stick, and controls for example the apache. Does my stick move in real life?
Hi When I fly multicrew in the Apache as CPG, what happens is: every time the pilot (human pilot) trims the aircraft, i feel it in my joystick. Problem is: as CPG I use my joystick axis to operate the TEDAC camera and I donβt even have my joystick set to the aircraft controls axis in the configur...
and that's it, honestly I am not sure why you spent 1/2 hr on this, it's not rocket science or anything, it's very simple and intuitive. 1 example I have is landing gear, I only want it to feel it on my butt so I set it up like this
noting that this only activates the motors on my butt and not my back, this acheived a very simple setup for me. I see no benefit to Simshaker Aviators as it doesn't offer anything over and above what this program does for me, my original statement was only simply pointing out that I would have liked them to add IL-2 to their software, as they already have MSFS, X-Plane and DCS
hey, has anyone table mounted their rhino? Prospective buyer here...I wanted to get some monstertech table mounts but not sure if theres enough throw allowed in that setup?

Just paid for my Rhino and accessories, about 30 units to go. Finally something I am excited for! I really need this to cope with creeping burn out at lifework. Few question. So how long is warranty and how is it covered? Is it easy to maintain and self repair like my super old Warthog and Cougar (have early serial numbers since their release month/year, both still work). Where to download dims so I can start cutting and drilling already to be ready for its arrival?
my bad, i thought they were the same. yeah thats the one i was planning on getting. anyone have experience with that center mounted to the mtsim office chair?
You may have to search up in the βshowcaseβ or βDIYβ sections but we had a nice discussion about those one day when I brought them up as a a joke and sure enoughβ¦ a couple Rhino owners have them hahaha
They posted pics in the thread but it maybe was awhile ago.
It came up because I was building a custom flight chair and searching for the perfect base (which I ended up building anyway lol)
Hi, I am beginning my proper journey into flight sim, especially helicopters, currently loving the Hype H145 in MSFS, I have lived in an area with a lot of aircraft, especially helicopter activity since childhood, I live very close to what used to be RAF Chivenor in North Devon, and have always wanted to be a pilot from a very early age, but sadly my eyesight prevented me from fulfilling that dream. So the sim is as close as I can get to the real thing.
I have been a sim racer for many years but I have recently found it to become somewhat boring, so I am wanting to spend more time flying than driving. I went on the hunt to see if FFB devices were available for flight sim in a similar way to sim racing, which led me to discovering this community. So hi everyone!
I am keen to learn more about the RHINO. I am currently considering my options for hardware, I currently have the Thurstmaster HOTAS joystick and throttle, while it is OK, I feel it could be a lot better. Currently liking the look of the Virpil range of grips and was wondering if the RHINO was compatible with the Virpril grips?
Iβm flying helicopters with the Rhino now since a few days! And what I can say is this is just awesome experience. I used a TM warthog with a 40cm extension held in place after moving via steering dampers. This was fine as a workaround. Finally I went for Rhino and this is so much better. Force Trim with FFB is excellent!!!
The only difference between virpil extensions and thrustmaster ones is the virpil have loose connections with a bit of extra cables so you can rotate the grip as needed...
Hey group, I have a question. I got Brunner MkII FFB pedals to go along with my FFB stick, however I just read on Reddit that DCS doesnβt support two FFB devices. Is that true? I canβt find any other reference to this info, and figured this group would know for sure.
