Alike Arch is one of those things I installed once from scratch (i.e not using the easy methods) because I just kinda wanted to say I'd done it

Athe last thing I want to be doing is writing a million billion script files to make everything exactly how I want it. I know some people are into that and that's fine but I dunno I like actually USING my computer

GIt's kinda hard not to like it when it's as polished as it is
AI mean, sure it takes a little longer to get features than KDE does but I find when it does get those features they're often significantly more polished

WWhen I used gnome I found that I used 5-6 extensions to make it look and work like kde.... So in the end I just switched to KDE 
Athat's by far the main appeal for me. GNOME is just so goddamn polished. Yes features take a bit longer to get to it but it's one of those things where it's like "I know that when a feature DOES come to GNOME that it's going to be polished and it's going to just WORK"

FI just cant stand gnome. Its too restrictive for me
GThose few extensions are worth it for me to use gnome. They're a built in feature for the environment so I might as well use them
