In Warframe looking at stuff I can't really tell a difference between 1080,1440 or 2160p lol 1080 is slightly softer but it looks better than fsr 2.2 on quality at 4k

I have the same experience, never managed to get FSR to look decent. I set gamemode to 1440p/120 and let TV to upscale to 4k.
