LFamilies beta in desktop and game mode steam beta keep telling me I have updates when switching between desktop and game mode, I saw one message on here about it a few days ago with no solution, is this occuring to anyone else?

LNaw no update under the desktop system update app. But when steam launches on desktop it'll say I need to join families beta so I do and when in game mode it'll bring me back into stable and then the cycle occurs whenever going back to desktop
CWell - nothing fancy as I'm only now starting proper, you could say; I'm just worried about GPU acceleration in rolling up containers and things of that sort, as I hear it's a bit of a sticking point. Only things I need that I already don't use sandboxed are Godot and Reaper.
CThat last one is important because I use yabridge for Windows VST compatiblity, and the current versions of Wine have broken compatibility with that. Wasn't too difficult to downgrade and ignore the packages here in Nobara, but I've never really messed with immutable distros.

CNow that I think about it, I could just spin up a Reaper + yabridge box with the proper Wine version
CSounds like an even more robust solution.
CThere's been talks about a yabridge Flatpak too, so it could be even easier in the future
