Mya they changed it when OLED deck was released and retitled the backgrounds to Galileo and Jupiter, but they still have a symlink that references steamos.png which is gone now

- adds udev specific rules for threaded irqs and /dev/rtc access
C/dev access should be taken care of by the input group, but the irq stuff I'm not so sure can easily be replicated manuallyCActually, input should be
