VHi everyone. Sometimes it happens that when I fly my roll trim get stuck, so my stick push to one of the sides. If I trim back the trim in the sim get back to full left (or right). I have more than one grip (virpil alpha and virpil vfx) and it happens with both. So I don't think it is the grips.

KIt happened to me 3 times but with nose down trim on pitch. I've switch off rhino, reloaded vpcvonfig and switched it back again, that cleared it. Unusual and very random

VIn the DCS controls indicator the trim indicator moves (when it does happen) like If I was pressing the trim left (or right)
WThere's something bugged in the F-14 trim implementation. Last time I tested, sometimes trim runs away when switching pilot/rio seats.
VTo "reset" this behavior I just press the offending input (trim left in my above example) and then of course retrim back to center

VWhat I can try is to unbind trim left/right and see if that happens again

NCan anyone confirm if this happens without TelemFFB running? Just want to confirm the trim workaround feature isn't bugged or something. Though it is only enabled by default on the AV8B and Mig-19

VI had TelemFFB running, but the F14 has its own trim implementation, and I am sure trim workaround is not enabled on my end
KI don't use trim workaround and had it again 1h ago, short bump of trim button in the same direction as runaway, fixed the problem. It occurred when pressed and hold so I suspect ghosting issue on reading phase by DCS

II have a 9.5A power brick that came with my Rhino, it's set to 7.0A in the software, shoud I change this to 9.5A?

MJust noticed last night that the red stop button isn't disconnecting the motors when it's pressed so the only way stop the joystick moving is to physically unplug it.
Is this a known issue and if is there any way to resolve it ?

AHey @walmis - any reason why my new toy would only recognise a TM Warthog grip and not a Realsimulator or Vipril Warbird?
WIf it recognizes the TM and not Virpil/RS is very odd. Since both use the same signalling. The only thing comes to mind is it's not making a proper electrical connection at the 5 pin mini din socket.
AOk, any suggestions to rectify that?

WMake sure it's inserted fully. Try pressing a button on the grip and push/wiggle the connector in the base and see if the button indicator in the VP configurator shows any action.
BI have the winwing adapter but need the stick to be just a bit longer. I made my own adapter and extention to go from vp rhino to winwing grip but now I have to make/buy a plug for the wiring. I see that the rhino base uses a 5pin female and the winwing uses a 6pin male plug. What does 6th pin do, do i need it. I have a short 6pin to 6pin, can I pull the 6th pin out and use that cable?
TCan you not put the WW adapter on top of your new adapter and go 5 pin to 5 pin?

BUnfortunately it would be too long at that point. Plus the adapter doesn't really tighten very well. Always has this loose feel where you can't tighten it enough and twists.
TI’ve seen a few people use a rubber oring to help snug it up. But have you tried removing the screws and seeing what’s inside the WW adapter? I don’t think it’s just a straight pass through cable with one pin removed. I think there is more to it. But if you can get it apart you may be able to transfer the guts over to your adapter.
BI did take the screws out but that's as far as I went. I was afraid to try and take the wires out in case I broke anything, still have to use it for now. I'm hoping there is a wire diagram showing which pins are being used and where they go.
TI want to say there is a PCB in there from what I have seen others discuss on the topic but I am not sure, you may have to ping Walmis.

Ndo you have multiple devices? The auto-launch is to automatically launch instances of TelemFFB for pedals/collectve. Theres no auto-launch checkboxes for the master device since that is the instance that gets created when you actually start the app.
N You didn't say anything about the 2nd image, but it is informing you what it is going to modify in the IL-2 config to enable telemetry export towards TelemFFB.
