Yall is it a bad idea to unmount the bazzite partition on gparted to be able to allocate more memory on it? Or Will bazzite crash and die if i do that?

sorry i forgot to check until now
just add GAMESCOPE_ENABLE_720P_RESTRICT=1GAMESCOPE_ENABLE_720P_RESTRICT=1 to ~/.config/environment.d/force_720p_gamescope.conf~/.config/environment.d/force_720p_gamescope.conf
you will need to make the ~/.config/environment.d~/.config/environment.d folder
it will force gamescope ingame max resolution to be the closest to 720p, for the legion go that will be 800p

yep you just put something like pop os on a usb drive, boot it and open gparted (i know pop os has gparted pre installed) and do the resize

Okay so to confirm (im very monkey with this things but i wanna learn) i put pop OS on a flashdrive, it Will have gparted, then i boot into the pop OS live session and use gparted from the pop OS live session, and there i make the changes, correct?

resize windows first, if it fails then fast startup was most likely enabled and you will have to go to windows power settings to turn it off

I would use gparted live tbh. It’s much simpler, faster and it can be written to RAM if needed

I actually have an SSD partition with gparted live so I don’t have to use an actual USB all the time for that.
Kinda gimmicky but works fine
