Hif it was the usual raid enabled on computers (intel RST) even though it has only 1 disk then linux wouldnt see that by default and think there is no disk

MWhile HDR works fine in gaming mode now, applications like Moonlight and Retroarch do not detect my device as HDR compatible, Is there a simple reason for this or fix?

MI’m running from inside of game mode for it, which id assume makes it run inside gamescope by default. Is there specific launch commands I should try? Flatpak launch commands I’m not familiar with since it’s already full of stuff

MYeah I struggled with the flatpak in the past not detecting HDR properly for some reason. Although the appimage may have the same issue now… been a few months since I’ve checked though
MAppimage allows me to select HDR 
MStill puzzled by Retroarch though. It’s probably on their end

MI’m curious if not detecting HDR is related to how bazzite interacts with Flatpak. The Flatpak version of Moonlight detects hdr on the steam deck oled without any problems

VThey're basically 1:1. If you're looking for gaming though go Bazzite as it has steam and whatnot pre-installed.
