Tdont know what you're trying to change but whatever it is, it probably either can be changed without touching the read-only root directories, isn't worth changing, or if it's a certain driver or something: should be PR'd in the ublue-os/akmods repo
Oif you're following install instructions for something that tells you to edit a file somewhere that's read-only in Bazzite, consider installing it in a distrobox instead

DI dunno, there might be an idea there. a ProtonDB like website for devices that run linux. Specifically prebuitl devices, with a place where we can add "Needs these things to make it work, or use this distros for pre-built support" Honestly, could be a weekend of codeing for me.
