6so the fill width only applies to that top bar
6struggling to work out how to get it to apply the app bar

KAh I think its because you have it as a standalone widget
KClick on "Add Panel" and drag the widget to the panel
6i added the panel and tried to drag app bar to it, just put it back to the original one

XAFAIK Plasma 6.1, which should be available soon-ish, has a lot of improvements to edit mode to make it more intuitive
XSo if things are confusing rn you could just wait for that
