Nit's only been about a month and a bit. But since it's cerakote I have significantly more confidence in it than the factory e-coat that peels on older MCGUs
Ncan't say how it will be done on T50, as that's not metal and idk how well cerakote works on polymer and what prep is needed

Nno, all the labels are gone except for the brake lever/lot code text that i specifically told him to mask off (and even then he ran into difficulties and only preserved part of it)

Ni'm trying to think of anything. I don't know how the T50 looks internally so I'm not sure if there's specifics. There was a little bit of concern over fine pitch threads everywhere inside the MCGU (it has a lot of screw posts), but it wasn't a problem.
NProbably the focus will be on how to remove the paint. If that's even necessary for Cerakote on plastic? idk much about painting plastics

H@walmis here it is. The first screens is how I set it up. As I said, when tested dry, works like expected. But when loaded with TelemFFB in game (pedal mode static) the curve looks like the last picture (cut off always on the right side). The pedal in this case is limb to the right and stiff to the left.
NFWIW, if I import your profile (just using configurator), the gain map looks like the cut-off one in your last screenshot. I recreated the gain map you show.. works fine at first in the same configurator session.
Without using TelemFFB... Reload normal profile...Close configurator...open configurator...load center detent profile... looks like the cut-off one again. I think its either a read-issue or a write-issue with configurator.

FIn 20 days I went from position #1577 to #1524, I don't think more than 50 Rhinos were delivered in this time.....
BI moved up almost 200 positions, purely from cancellations.

SI was a little concerned in the beginning as well. But actually i think that the Rhino is and will remain the FFB-base that offers the most awesome and sophisticated effects. Looking at the moza software for example there is nothing but very basic FFB effects in place.
And one advantage no industrial produced base will be able to offer:
Easy and quick reproduction of replacementparts, modability and not to forget "awesomeness".
And over that one should not forget that there already was a bigger player that offered industrial produced base - brunner. And we all know that the Rhino is far superior.

The prediction I'm going to make though is Moza is going to do very well.
Simply because they are being sold locally alongside thrustmaster.
TM on the other hand is going to struggle.
Especially now that they have competition so far ahead technically being sold right next to them, figuratively speaking.

Q1: How do I cancel my reservation order for the Rhino? Q2: I will need 3 motors and 2 control boards. Do you have enough 86BLF03 and 86BLF04 in stock? Thanks in advance
AThat’s really not bad. I waited 4 months for my whole Virpil setup and at the time I had nothing to use during the wait, now this will just be like a treat when my number comes up.
