If it wasn't, it wouldn't even ask for root cause I wouldn't be able to authorize lol

Also like I said, it doesn't ask on immutable distros such as silverblue, and I currently use bazzite, which doesn't ask for it just like silverblue.

also yeah, my internet is just at 1000Mbps (though sometimes higher) but 2.5gb is still super useful for LAN networking
