Generally speaking, the configurator utility is used to set the max capabilities and characteristics of the Rhino.
Condor is not supported by TelemFFB. There is a limited amount of telemetry available from Condor, but it is really not enough to be able to implement much of anything with TelemFFB.
To your question about the buffeting in condor. Generally, any effect that "shakes" is a Periodic type effect. Therefore, increasing the periodic effect slider in Configurator will increase the force for that effect type overall.
- The sliders on the settings tab set the max intensity for any of the 6 effect types. There is also a master gain control. No effect that is commanded by a game or app will be able to exceed the value that is configured for the applicable slider. The slider acts like a factor. So if you have spring set at %50, and a game sets the spring effect to %80, the resultant force will be

When a game or app starts an effect, these are overridden by those commanded from the game/app unless you have "Sticky" enabled. If you have "sticky" enabled for an effect type, the Rhino will ignore those sent by a game and keep the one defined in the Effects tab active.
- The potentiometer can be bound to any of the effect type sliders or the master gain slider. It simply allows you to further adjust the value within the set slider value without having to open the configurator tool. Its most common to have it connected to either Master Gain or Spring.
