Honestly KDE or GNOME use whatever you prefer. I prefer all the settings.

Honestly the ONLY part about GNOME I like is the touch friendliness. I don't even care for gestures on regular laptops.

Coming from Windows 10, GNOME taught me I don't really need a taskbar. Alt+tab and Overview suffice.

I mean if you're ONLY going to have Windows, NTFS. If you want to use the same games drive for Windows and Bazzite, BTRFS, and get the BTRFS driver for Windows.
