Ai mean, at least you can layer packages via rpm-ostree. There's no layered packages at all on official SteamOS.
Aofficial SteamOS supports root fs unlock, but all changes get wiped on OS update

VAndroid 11, the default stuff the guide tells you, and i installed it.
