SAnd not so much the one-time sync; I could set that up in a containerfile or something. Moreso the fact that if I change something on the host, now I have to update every single container to match, for things that I want globally available
Jyou could add brew inside the container, the bluefin-cli container is specifically designed to be "brew in a container"
Rit's the same for my Optimus laptap, I just use Hybrid and the apps are rendered on the NVIDIA. I think the integrated needs to keep active as it's used for the display output, at least in the case of my HP Probook 440 G5

SI guess there's this concept I have of the shell as a window into the container, vs the shell as a program inside the container. My shell has a lot of customizations, and unfortunately I have to interact with the container via shell, but I can't use 'my' shell, I have to use its shell.
This makes sense when the container is this isolated thing meant to be shared and deployed... but it kind of doesn't make sense when the container is just a consequence of immutability, where it's being used to run services on the host and is tightly coupled
