hrm, i guess chimeraOS doesn't do secure boot or disk encryption, that's something I hadn't considered for the bios update process on the LGO

Well, it worked for me once I disabled secure boot, and bazzite doesn't actually enable it by default I don't think

Eh, I disagree, but that's to each there own. The layering would add some nice rollback if it breaks things, but as thisn't isn't a system binary I'm fin e with having to fix it if I break it.

i know you guys are maybe tired from me.
but hey. I tried a different game and that game claims that it actually works on my eGPU!!! hurray, right? well the problem is that it performs way worse than my iGPU. Back to my original problem. is my eGPU somwehow power limited because of whatever serivce/daemon HHD or something else limiting my eGPU to 30 watt?

It would be strange for a SSD to not support TRIM. I think I chose the incorrect partition. I used it on /var/home partition. Should I use it on /var partition?
