DI made a guide for setting up Winapps on Bazzite: https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/winapps-in-bazzite-portal/2199/3. In my inexperienced eyes it doesn't look like it would be too hard to automate with a just file, though the tiny11 iso is a bit of a problem.

DIt's been a few years since I found WinApps and I'd found Looking Glass at the time then as well. Completely forgotten about it. I'm a bit rusty on the whole Windows on Linux topic :p
TI've used WinApps couple years back it's great! Wish Ublue had a ujust script for it, while I don't need it anymore it can really help people transitioning to gnu/linux.
