AGPD controllers are a standard xbox controller, so it's fully usable with regular SteamOS. Even has an actual Xbox/Guide button.

JIf they’re supported the rog ally with custom fixes seems like they’d probably do device specific fixes if it is a popular enough handheld like the ally, legion
Anote that the ROG Ally fixes in the changelog are just stuff they imported from the upstream linux kernel, nothing custom from Valve yet
JOnexplayer, gpd, and ayaneo are basically the only other notable manufacturers except maybe Msi but they suck
Lsorry 4 repost didnt get a response earlier. anyone running to issues with integer scaling specifically on this patch? i rebase to bazzite-dc:stable and it works normally but when on regular stable it scaling native res like im running a 4:3res on 1600p. but its native. on a legion go if makes any diff and running 800p is a even smaller scaled screen
Atbh i suspect valve will support ROG Ally and LGO first, simply because they're available at retail in the US
MI also don’t think valve will add support out of the kindness of their hearts, it’s most likely if a manufacturer(s) ponies up some sort of fee to make it happen. unless they just go straight to wide release.
Mor I guess they just offer it separate and not as a shipping option but then you have to on-ramp users to Linux which isn’t ideal

CI don't think they did, Windows is still Windows. The silver bullet for SteamOS is gamescope. Maybe Microsoft will develop an equivalent, wouldn't hold my breath
