PFrom what I've read around, this is apparently the "best" one... still have to try HDR though to see if it works properly there.
LIt’s wonderful. Not without its flaws but overall a huge step up from the Nvidia Wayland experience.
PHmm, strange... For me, there was an issue where moving the cursor would increase the refresh rate of the monitor (to max). But it seems to be gone now (unrelated to the adapter).
In general, VRR does seem to follow the FPS fairly decently but again, just got the adapter yesterday so heh.

PWhat's the "proper" way to install/update mesa-git on
bazzite-arch distrobox? I installed the Gnome variant, then used paru mesa-git, selected aur/mesa-git (this was 1) and said "yes" to all the conflicts. For example:

PAh, I hid the original Steam by editing the desktop file. So I guess technically it's still installed, but it's hidden.
PThe idea is to have Steam (potentially Lutris, Bottles, etc) use mesa-git.

I've only seen it in a particular game so far, though - in Witcher 3 for example it follows the FPS pretty much perfectly.

PSo, I wonder if it also happens without the adapter in that one game I had issues with (Warhammer 3)... would have to test.
KHello, I have a question regarding VRR, how do I know if it's working? On the perf overlay it shows a constant 120Hz and some games feel even laggier than on Windows
PFor my LG C2, there is VRR info in the OSD. It shows if VRR is enabled, and the refresh rate fluctuates and does not stay fixed.
PIf your perf overlay is something similar, it should be the same way I would think. As in, if the refresh rate is not moving at all, VRR is not working.
KThe VRR is enabled through the QAM but the refresh rate is not changing at all, could this be an Ally X specific bug?

Tall of the dependencies for them are not part of the host and are their own runtimes
