KIt's probably down to personal preference at that point but some people prefer having 120 fps on a 120hz.
KI'm basic and run 60hz displays usually cause I simply don't notice much difference in games so long as I'm at a locked 60 unless i'm doing a direct side-by-side comparison.
KI'm sure some people are audiophile level extra about displays and would consider that blasphemy 
KDLSS3 starts to look good at 40+ internal FPS and starts feeling good at 60+ internal. Until recently, there were stil motion artifacts which is why i feel so strongly about LS. Most people are gonna use it to achieve 30 or 60 visual FPS, which it's just not gonna be good for in anything but Turn-based games.

LI think it's a certain sensitivity. I have audiophile gear in the low-mid range because I can tell the difference up to that point and no higher.

KWith LS's LSFG x2 on my Go, the only time I've encountered artifacts is on stairs in games where the camera actually follows the steps. x3 and x4 are a no-go, however. I hear they work okay on more powerful hardware than my little Z1 APU though.

KThis is all subjective, ofc. but somewhat objective measurements put those treshholds i recited where they are. DF did those measurements. I'm happy this works for you, but i feel like we're wasting time one a combover when we could just be getting a hair-transplant.

KNot on the Legion Go we aren't, unless AMFM2 gets enabled on Linux and in-games. And most games won't backwards add support even on Windows

KMost games also start to lose simulation-speed at sub 30 internal FPS. so when people use LS frame gen to hit 30 or reach for 60, it often won't alleviate those problems either.

MHey there, is there any way of setting Bazzite up so that when I boot up my steam deck it returns to the previous session it was in? For example, if I was in desktop mode, it returns to desktop mode, if I was in gaming mode it returns to gaming mode?
Nobara does this, but also doesn't have a gnome version for SD and has some serious stability issues (I am a big fan of it otherwise tho)

ROG Ally X running Bazzite. All works great handheld and docked. UNLESS it's outputting to one particular Samsung TV in my house. I have a Panasonic screen, and an LG screen - both work over HDMI fine. As soon as it's plugged into the Samsung however I get random audio drops of around half a second. Sometimes it's every five minutes or so, sometimes it's multiple times in a minute. It happens consistently either when under load or when the Ally is relatively idle. No blips appear on gamescope / mangohud, and there are no visual or performance glitches. Just audio.
I don't believe this is a Bazzite issue - but is there anything I can do within the KDE desktop to change how HDMI is output to see if there's any way to troubleshoot this issue? I've ordered a new HDMI box and cable for the TV (as it uses a stupid breakout box for input), but in the mean time, anyone got any ideas on anything I can explore just in case?

Hhmm we dont do anything but copy the files to uioverrides, we do not set any settings
