TWhich way does the base come configured? the red button far away from pilot or the red button close to the pilot?
Nnormally e-stop (red button) toward pilot... but its literally 3 clicks in the configurator software to invert the axes, so install it whichever way makes the best geometry for your setup
Tok next question is there a tutorial or a page for me to go to for setup or how do I get the software?

Ppoor connection between stick and adaptor, test whether the winwing plug goes into the adaptor sufficiently (mine didn’t)
KDoubt thats it. I really used some force to make sure its properly connected with and without screwing it. But I think the issue is between the adapter and the base cause I just got it today and according to the manual the newer versions should show bad connections between the stick by turning on input 32 which is off

Pyou’re right that the 32 indicates poor connection, not a failed stick…..mine would register the correct buttons only on firmly pressing in the stick plug to adaptor. Sounds like your issue isn’t that though
JJust finished a build and it worked for about an hour before the USB disconnected (while still plugged in).
JUnplugging and plugging mostly gives 3 beeps (three green light flashes on board) but no USB connection
JEvery 25 or 30 tries I get a quick connect and disconnect, or it may stay connedcted for 10-15 seconds
JTried 3 other powered hubs as well as direct to PC, also the three cables I have, Same issues

Tsorry just saw the part baout trying other cables. eliminate powered hub all together maybe as another troubleshooting method.
Talso maybe check to make sure the USB cable internal between the board and the USB socket hasnt come loose somewhere.
JOK this is driving me nuts now. SO far have tried 7 cables including 2 new Startec ones, four powered hubs, 2 unpowered as well as pluging into every USB port on the motherboard with restarts of the OS between each try. I thin tried my laptop, then my Son's PC and finally my driving SIm PC. All fail with the above "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed". Its the only thing plugged into the PC beside the mouse and keyboard and nothing is currently plugged into the board itself except the USB connector. I also have the USB power saving mode turned off on all PCs

WHey, I'd check the breakout USB wire that's included with the board. Maybe there's a bad solder joint under the heat shrink. It would be the fastest way of fixing it, otherwise I could mail you another one.

IMy brother is putting his Rhino together with the same exact parts I used. Winwing adapter -> extension -> Winwing 16EX. He's having trouble getting the top part of the adapter to lockup and stop turning.
IAny ideas? He's got it tight tight but it still has a little left/right play.

KI can't seem to start telemffb normally since the last update (20240812). I've also tried the newest 20240908, same problem. 20240726 works perfectly. Any thoughts?
WHey, did the adapter insert nicely into the base? If all troubleshooting steps have failed, you can request a replacement via the order form.

JHi, just started with building my FFB Setup. Today I finished modifying my MFG Pedals, according to the build in the knowledge section. So I pluged it in and it got instantly recognised. But when I turn the master gain and spring up nothing is happening. In my understanding I should get some resitance on the motor. Also it doesn't show any raw value for the axis. I'm sure the wiring is correct, checked it several times and it matches all the reference pictures I can find. The motor status in the software shows ok and I can feel that the anti cogging Kicks in when i power it up. Any suggestions?

Nyou need to disable the y axis in configurator in order for it to be recognized as a single motor setup.
GMy emergency stop button has stopped working again, is it a logic switch or does it actually cut the power? Just wondering if I can do the same in telemffb rather than stripping it all down for the third time?
HThe „emergency“ switch is a real switch that cuts the power physically.

KI just turn on FFB in DCS and use that. No telmffb and no VPForce configurator open. And that works good enough for me.

KNot sure what you mean with force on the stick? Do you mean that its loose when you trim it far enough down?
Vi mean that when u let the stick go the plane goes down
KI haven't tried that much of down trim. Only enough for level flight but I did notice that to achieve level flight my trim was mostly nose down.
KSo the stick was forward over the center. I don't even know if that's realistic. Never paid much attention to stick position.
