I am Rahul, I am having a major issue with Cloudflare support. We are unable to open support tickets, and the chat option isn't available either.
We are on the business plan and also have Zero trust standard.
These options were working till last week when all our licenses were disabled, we had to log in to the dashboard and add back the licenses.
Since then, we have not been able to open an7y cases or chat with support.
Now we are getting alerts for one of our domains being unavailable even thought its on thne business plan and we cannot get support

PWhat is the issue/error you're exactly getting when trying to open a ticket?
RNo error, my option to create a support ticket or start a chat are missing on my dashboard, it doesn't matter which option or work flow I select
PHm that's indeed weird if you have a business plan. Can you go ahead and choose these categories? Then mention all the issues you're encountering in the ticket, and support will make sure it's getting triaged correctly
Palso send the ticket ID here, then I'll send it to someone to make sure your ticket is going in the right basket
