There's no hard answer or any guarantees outside of a custom ent contract, speaking purely in terms of POPs made available/not available to you due to capacity issues, plans are kicked off for capacities sake in order of free -> pro -> biz -> ent. Some PoPs just never have capacity for specific plans though, among other routing decisions. What's happening with SYD right now looks much more transient in nature though, for clarification I'm not a cloudflare employee but have plenty of monitoring, and can see about ~1 hours ago routing started going all wonky over there, I'm sure they know internally but will see if we can escalate/should get a status page

there should really be more information about that though. I understand that the free plan would be best effort, but if you're paying $20/month for a pro plan (or more), there should be a clear promise which POPs are available to you. The wording on the website implies that every plan has access to every POP at all times.

It's just not consistent though, due to traffic manager/CF automations removing/adding plans to PoPs/colos as usage fluxes, and rerouting for other reasons. External factors too, like ISP routing. DTAG in Germany wants paid peering, which is expensive and CF can't realistically pay for free plans with their pricing, as a result even though fra/germany used to be a free plan routable and therefor can be assumed to have capacity, outside of higher plans where CF is paying for transit/routing partners paying their fee, realistic customers in germany on dtag aren't routed there

I wouldn't consider what's happening right now to be normal, I would consider this just like if you were using a CDN that you did pay per gigabyte per region, and they lost a region/had to fallback
I did escalate that btw, might be a bit till response though considering weekend and time of day, it looks like it's a bit better now as well

I mean free plan is pretty consistently routed badly in India w/ Indian ISPs and Germany w/ DTAG, but haven't heard of many issues with higher plans and other places

yea, I understand the free plan should be best effort with no guarantees, but I would be super pissed if I'm paying $200/month and getting the same issues and support just says "sorry, enterprise plans only".

it just sucks that the pricing is fixed and not usage based. $20-200/month is a steal for big sites and outright overpriced for small sites.

I only have anecdontal evidence of people showing pro/biz helps dtag/india routing. I will add some after this because I'm curious, but even when I do the data I have is all from datacenter connections, so not 100% representative of real isp connections

Hi @Walshy, I got question regarding the workers ai and vectorize, I have an app running Resnet50 to vectorize image, I'm planning to switch over to cloudflare since you guys support Resnet50, however, I saw the limitiations of the Vectorize it says it has maximum dimensions per vector 1536 dimensions, which is not high enough for my app since it generate 2048 dimensions using Resnet50, any idea how can I reduce the dimensions the is generated from Resnet50?

I'm really new to this field, so any help would be awesome, thanks!

The datetime filter in the second image is in the middle of a billing period. Do something like Oct1 to Oct30 or something to see that month. If you have not a whole month of usage, it will only be the portion of the month you were using
