attached to the pi through the USB and HDMI - but it just flickers output. I assume the power draw is not enough got it on the usbc - to usba?

Yes I agree - I need to use the usb for touch capabilities though - the unit has 2x usbc outputs though. Can I use one for providing power to it do you think? and one for connecitng to the pi?
