what build are you running? Your issue sounds a lot like a known issue on build 83 of the H160 that I've not seen on build 500 of the H145 but Dave (HPG) was surprised they were acting different than eachother. The SEMA values get into a runway state that cause the joystick to chase.

When it occurs, do you see the yellow square chasing the green crosshair on the VMS page?

override trim in configurator? No, its definitely not that.

The most important thing for the HPG Helis and TelemFFB is that your stick properly centers when hands off. If it is not within "hands off deadzone" percent of center, the helicopter will think you are "hands on". The entire AFCS emulation is predicated on knowing when the user is deflecting the stick from the current center point and the only way we can do that is by axis position since we don't have "force" sensing.

When I turn off override trim in the config and I use the trim release the stick drifts. When I turn it on it doesn't.

when you turn it on, all you are doing is masking the problem because configurator is now trying to control the spring offset with the trim buttons you have bound there. I can absolutely promise you that you don't need that enabled. Something else is up.

A clue will be what I asked before about the VMS page

without TelemFFB running (just using hardware trim).. how does your centering look when you go far off center? Needs to be nearly spot on...
