The 'Lite' plan only appears by doing that, could you try again using that method? Doing that won't cancel your current 'Pro' subscription.

did a quick server search, this was discussed before and it seems they had trouble providing the features correctly?

maybe it still exists, but when I try to downgrade I simply get offered the annual payment plan instead... :akarishrug:

Contact your registrar (looks like Hostinger) about the serverHold status on your domain preventing resolution. This means the registry (operators of .online) have deactivated it in the domain name system

Thank you all for the help. The problem was that I paid someone to promote my website, and they ended up spamming on some platforms, which harmed me. Unfortunately, Hostinger didn't notify me and just blocked my site. I contacted them, and it's being resolved. I ended up purchasing a new domain, and once the old one is back up, I will redirect it to the new one. Thank you so much for the support.

theres no benefit to having the proxy enabled for a mail service like mxroute, you need it off for things to work properly
