click edit, disable proxy status so it says dns-only

theyre warnings, not errors (if youre not familiar, the difference is that an error prevents something working while a warning warns that it "might" not be desired)

Hi team! I am looking to protect my clients websites hosted in AWS VPCs using CloudFlare but I have some questions about it, could someone help me?

I am looking to sign up Business plan, do I need to create 1 plan per domain or website or I can use my plan for all websites I host (25 sites)
And, as business plan, I can see that I can use cname DNS because I do not would like to move my DNS zones to CloudFlare, but root records does not accept cname record type, how could I protect a website with CloudFlare and root zone without moving it to CloudFlare DNS? They offer A/AAAA record types for this protection?

cloudflare nessecarily needs to control your root zone because they will replace your IPs in true DNS with their IPs- that's the whole point.
You need one buisness plan per domain.

ey everyone, I need some help with my domain setup!
I bought a domain through iCloud and I’m trying to point my root domain (@) and www subdomain to Adobe Portfolio using A records. The issue is that Cloudflare automatically created a CNAME for @, and I can’t remove it because of CNAME Flattening.

I need to:

Replace the CNAME for @ with the A records from Adobe.
I keep getting the "same name" error when trying to add the A records.
Adobe needs to be the root domain, but Cloudflare is complicating things.
I’m using a free Cloudflare account and can’t seem to disable CNAME Flattening. Any advice would be really appreciated!

you should very easily be able to delete the CNAME and create a new A record. You can't update it in place, but that should be fine

i think the only alternative to 1 business plan per zone is an enterprise account, but those cost Way more. Like, tens of thousands of dollars. AWS WAF and CloudFront seems like a much better solution anyway if you're already all in on AWS

I wish it were that simple! The CNAME for @ is locked and flattened, so I can't delete it or create a new A record for @ directly. I’ve tried, but Cloudflare doesn’t give me that option. It’s a bit of a roadblock since Adobe needs to be the root domain

Sounds like iCloud's parking page, you should be able to disable it in Registrar settings/the instructions here: https://developers.cloudflare.com/registrar/account-options/icloud-domains/#disable-landing-page
