TI'm having trouble with trying to get access to CloudFlare support to resolve getting into an account for a client. They don't know the email or password with the account. I've seen that I need to create a New Account but this doesn't do anything. Any ideas?
RThis is documented (somewhere, I don't have the link handy -- but confirm for yourself), I think if you go the route of making a new account, and you add the client domain to the new account, you will be given new nameservers for that domain. You'll follow the domain onboarding, current zone scan, etc. Once you update the NS with your registrar, the normal dns refresh process happens. Then you have full control of the domain in the new account.

WIf it's the first time an image has been loaded, it's probably not in Cloudflare's caches so it will fetch it from the server first

Imaybe it isn't reachable at the port that cloudflare is using 
CERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT is a chrome error, I'd guess not proxied or if it is proxied, issue reaching CF (could be local proxy/firewall/etc messing with)
